I've spent years working across education, curriculum design, and youth development, and what I've seen over and over again is that the students who thrive in the real world are the ones who were never boxed in. They're the ones who could write a compelling argument *and* run a coding script *and* lead a team on a field *and* debate a policy — sometimes all in the same week.
